• Transaction fee charges, if applicable, are borne by the cardholder.

• Transaction fee charges will not be refunded or reversed under any circumstances, including refund, reversal, or chargeback.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Please review that policy carefully before making any payment.

4. Products & Pricing

• Event registration fees, membership charges, and other product prices are displayed on the respective pages.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Taxes, if applicable, will be added at checkout.

5. Event Changes

• FAI reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the date, time, or venue of any event.

• In such cases, participants will be informed, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our policy.

• FAI shall not be responsible if an event or conference does not meet the expectations or satisfaction of a participant.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising from or related to FAI’s services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
