Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. No Show / Late Arrival
No refund will be issued if a participant fails to attend or arrives late for an event or conference.
2. Dissatisfaction
No refund shall be applicable if the participant is not satisfied with the content, delivery, or quality of the event or seminar.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event or conference is cancelled or postponed, participants will be informed via email or contact number provided at registration.
If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled event, the paid amount will be refunded through the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
4. Duplicate Transactions
If a participant accidentally makes duplicate payments for the same registration, one transaction amount will be refunded through the same payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Transaction Fees
Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway or bank are non-refundable.
Such charges are borne by the cardholder.
