Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Show / Late Arrival

  • No refund will be issued if a participant fails to attend or arrives late for an event or conference.

 

2. Dissatisfaction

  • No refund shall be applicable if the participant is not satisfied with the content, delivery, or quality of the event or seminar.

 

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If an event or conference is cancelled or postponed, participants will be informed via email or contact number provided at registration.

  • If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled event, the paid amount will be refunded through the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

 

4. Duplicate Transactions

  • If a participant accidentally makes duplicate payments for the same registration, one transaction amount will be refunded through the same payment method within 7–10 working days.

 

5. Transaction Fees

  • Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway or bank are non-refundable.

  • Such charges are borne by the cardholder.
